Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for increasing the activity’s revenues, as well as the sales  potential with customers. 

Job Description:
As Sales Manager you are responsible for achieving revenue objectives, setting up and expanding the sales network as well as making additional products available to existing points of sales.


Your responsibilities within the team:

Management of support functions essential to productivity and the sales force Planning, reporting target metrics and managing sales teams.
Application and optimization of sales processes
Sales training: activations / sales commission / incentive programs
Implementation of country sales programs through the development of sales action plans. Establishment of sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project the expected volume of sales and profits for existing and new products. Maintain sales volume, product range, and keep abreast of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Complete operational requirements related to sale by assigning agents to planning and monitoring objectives.
Maintenance of sales personnel through recruitment, selection, orientation, and training. Maintains sales staff objectives by advising and disciplining agents (planning, monitoring, and evaluation of results).
Contribution to the team effort by achieving results related to needs.
Management of marketing campaigns and operations.
Application of sales techniques and management of sales-related operations: sales planning, agent recruitment as well as the establishment of sales reporting.

Required Profile:
Experience in sales and marketing
Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data, quick search and find the most important/relevant information to build an account plan.
Proactivity and high organization in time management
Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure.
Ability to build relationships.
Ability to train.
Ability to carry out market research.
Developing budgets


Skills:
Communication skill.
Ability to communicate in French and English
Communicating information clearly and concisely
Ability to manage and supervise sales department staff including sales agents to be able to leverage productivity and sales force.
