Job Description
As an IT Technical Analyst, will play a crucial role in performing a diverse range of professional, technical, and analytical responsibilities across multiple domains, encompassing Front and back-office day to day operations.

Your responsibilities within the team:
Propose innovative IT solutions that enhance the overall technology experience for users and meet their evolving needs.
Analyze and proficiently resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Offer creative solutions to address business challenges, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to the team or external suppliers for advanced assistance and collaborate closely with colleagues to implement solutions.
Develop and implement processes and policies following ISO 27001 standards and other risk and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate the capability to oversee IT-related projects from inception to successful completion.
Work as a collaborative team member, actively supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Fulfill any other assigned duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

Required profile:
Knowledge & Skills:

Proficiency in web systems and web technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in a range of testing methodologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Understanding of Android app development concepts.
Knowledge of JavaScript, React, PHP, and REST API is a plus.
Strong understanding of IT network communications and systems is advantageous. App development knowledge is an added advantage.
Ability to analyze and resolve system issues promptly.

Minimum Experience:
1 to 5years of working experience in an IT environment
