Statement

The Board of Directors of LudWin Group S.A. (LudWin), Management and Team members
regret to announce the demise of its PDG (“CEO”), Christophe Caye.
Christophe has had a long, fruitful and distinguished career and his departure would be a
tremendous loss for the gaming and lottery industry. He was a man on integrity, well renowned
and a very dear colleague and friend to all.
However, the Board wishes to reassure its partners and stakeholders that the Company has in
place a strong business continuity plan (“BCP”), which has already been ac vated.
The Board therefore confirms:

• Head of Management- Deputy MD: The appointment of Imed Habaieb, who has been one
  of the closest collaborators of Christophe since the incorporation of LudWin Group, to the
  position of Deputy Managing Director;
• Head of Board of Directors- Chairman: The Board of Directors remains under the
  leadership of Tommy Ah Teck; and
• Incoming Team Member- CEO: The recruitment of a CEO is ongoing and shall be finalised
  soon.
  The Board of Directors, Management and Team members wish to further reassure all its
  stakeholders that the Company shall continue with the objectives and strategy set for LudWin
  Group so as to achieve its Mission and Vision.
