Digital Marketing Officer

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for establishing the company’s digital marketing strategy while mastering the operational aspect of the digital strategy.

As a Digital Marketing Officer, you are responsible for promoting the company’s brand image as well as its products and services by making use of Digital Media and Tools.

Your responsibilities within the team are:

  • Be responsible for designing a digital marketing strategy for the company
  • Present the monthly digital marketing plan to management
  • Execute the digital marketing strategy integrating social media, email marketing, mobile marketing, websites, SEM, SEO, PPC, and other online media deemed appropriate for the company’s goals
  • Be responsible for managing all social media channels, including developing and designing appropriate content for each channel
  • Ensuring that our social media and marketing are compliant with the regulatory guidelines of each market
  • Give the appropriate directives and follow up with the team of designers on the production of content
  • Develop, maintain and manage the LudWin Group website
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of campaigns in terms of ROI and report to management
  • Work with other departments to ensure relevance and consistency across all channels and always protect the company’s image
  • Manage the company’s affiliate program in accordance with the strategy and guidelines established by the company
  • Use and integrate the company’s CRM into digital campaigns
  • Monitor competitors and report to management
  • Be up to date with technological changes
  • Test company websites and report to the relevant teams if there are any issues
  • Manage the CMS for all websites in accordance with marketing guidelines and company strategy

Profile and skills Required:

  • Communication in English and French
  • Communicating information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a team and be creative
  • Mastery of digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email marketing, affiliation, among others as well as social media management tools
  • Time management and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under high pressure
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to conduct research
  • Followed sporting events
  • Knowledge of the gaming market and competition
  • Graphic design and video editing knowledge is a plus
