Gamma Civic Ltd takes an equity stake in LudWin Group and implements a joint strategic partnership

Gamma Civic Ltd (www.gamma.mu) is a listed company on the Mauritius Stock Exchange with  businesses and operations in diverse sectors, including Lottotech Ltd (www.lottotech.mu), which is the sole operator of the Mauritius National Lottery for the past 15 years. Gamma will bring additional lottery synergies to LudWin and will help to strengthen the existing governance and compliance frameworks.

The joint operation between the two companies will accelerate the roll-out of LudWin’s strategy to deploy scratch card games in partnership with La Française des Jeux, and the development of sports betting and lottery operations.

Christophe Caye, LudWin Group’s founder, will remain as Chairman and CEO of the company while Tommy Ah Teck, Gamma’s Chairman, will take the role of Chairman of the Board.

With this new partnership, Gamma Civic Ltd will  be pursuing its strategy for diversification of its investments and expand its geographical footprint.

Both companies share the same vision about responsible gaming and values of integrity, transparency, innovation, and corporate governance.
